Whispering Springs can be found in a quaint neighborhood in Grandville, Michigan a mile north of RiverTown Mall. The lakes consist of a North and South Lake connected by a small channel that travels beneath 40TH ST.
WSLA is a non-profit association. Its membership is comprised of the owners of properties that border the north or south lakes.
Both lakes are private with no public access available.
For those looking at properties on Whispering Springs Lake - Welcome! You will find a vibrant community of water enthusiasts who have fun on our lakes all 4 seasons. Some enjoy the opportunity to swim on open water, others to paddle around on kayaks, paddleboats, and paddleboards; while others troll around on their pontoons and fishing boats. While the lake is most active in the summer, the lake provides recreation year-round, including great opportunities to birdwatch including swans, blue herons, osprey, and even the occasional bald eagle; as well as ice skating. The lake association unites members together through on-the-water activities like our annual picnic, fishing contest, and numerous activities devised by our Activities Committee - but the WSLA also has off-the-water activities and our annual meeting. We assure you, Whispering Springs provides a wonderful balance and a diverse membership that will make finding new friendships amongst your neighbors easy. We hope you strongly consider becoming our next WSLA member.
Boating on the lake is restricted to trolling motors, kayaks, paddleboards, and other no noise, no-wake motors (gas-powered motors are strictly prohibited). Fishing is catch and release.
The use of the Whispering Springs Lakes for fishing, swimming, boating, ice skating, or any other activity is exclusively for WSLA members and their guests. The WSLA membership is comprised solely of homes whose lots border the shores of the Whispering Springs. Anyone using the lakes who does not fit the above criteria will be considered trespassers.
